This SIP built house is an example of affordable housing to be built for occupation by Zambian public service personnel.





Drycraeft has provided a variety of buildings for remote locations in Zambia, Tanzania, Lesotho and South Africa. These include administration offices, Workers accommodation, Visitor centres, Ablutions and Canteens.

This shows the quality of finish using SIPs panels as the primary form of construction.

The Aids clinics and Wellness Centres were commissioned by the University of Columbia. They are to be used as part of the programme for the purpose of testing for Aids and the distribution of Anti-Retroviral drugs for the treatment of AIDS. The Wellness Centres are used to counsel the families of Aids victims and as to how to take care of their relatives who are suffering from AIDS."




"A new turnkey school project in the Western Cape for the Department of Education. The school consisted of 10 classrooms, Administration offices and Boys and girls ablution block. The project was erected on a Greenfield site and required civil works and reticulation of electrical, water and sewerage services with connections to the local main services. The project was completed in 12 weeks."
